Create Your Own Positive Power Success Blueprint

Here’s a great article by Maya Bailey on how to create your own Success Blueprint. It’s written for real estate agents however I think the basic principles can be applied to anyone.
Prinicples:
- Become the deliberate creator of your life. Instead of feeling like “life happens to me” begin to believe “I create my life.”
- Start to identify self limiting beliefs. Remember that these are only beliefs not facts and that they can be changed. e.g. I’m not good enough. I have to struggle to make a living. There’s never enough money
- Install empowering beliefs. eg. I am highly worthy. Money comes to me easily and effortlessly. I work smarter, rather than harder.
- Become crystal clear on what you want. What would be your yearly income? What car do you drive? How is your family?
- Visually rehearse what you want to create.
- Step inside the visualization. Visualize yourself having it now, and feel what it feels like. When you feel it, you create it. Your thoughts and feelings radiate energies that magnify back to you what you want.

Dr. Rick Schaefer Says That Self Love is the Key to a Magical Happy Life
Dr. Rick Schaefer, author of “Extreme Thought Makeover”, gives helpful tips on self love and the magic that it creates in your life.
Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Rick Schaefer shared a significant thought about bringing more quality into your life when he stated “It seems hard to believe that a little bit more self love every day can add up to a life filled with the magic of happiness, but it works. Once you start practicing, an abundance of magic shows up simply because of the Law of Attraction. Self love is really the key to all good things in life!

Offering self love is really easy to do once you understand what it is and then get the hang of it. So, what is it anyway? “It is making the effort to put your attention on things that please you for the simple reason of feeling that pleasure. It is not complicated and anyone can do it. It is a CHOICE. It is choice that a person makes because they value themselves and know that they deserve to make that choice. Magically enough, their sense of personal value will increase by practicing this each day,” he explained.
“The opportunity to put your attention on things that please you arises in nearly every moment of every day”, Dr. Schaefer continued. For instance, if you happen to pass by some flowers, taking a moment to stop and admire the color or the shape of the petals is an opportunity. So is delighting in the fragrance of the flower. Noticing that this creation is truly a miracle of nature is also an opportunity. By allowing yourself to fully feel this appreciation through focusing solely on those flowers, you are giving yourself a wonderful gift and committing an act of self love.
You can carve out time on a regular and frequent basis to gift yourself with something that feels good to you. Perhaps it is a chat on the phone with a dear friend, or going out for ice cream with your daughter, or having a nap on a rainy day. The idea is to do something good for yourself and acknowledge that you deserve to have it.
Another example is taking a situation when you are commonly irritated and changing your reaction so that you are not feeling that irritation. Many people find themselves in that feeling when they are driving and another driver behaves inconsiderately. If you can relate to this, the next time that this happens take a quick second before you allow yourself to become flooded with irritated emotions and find a way to think differently about the other driver. Remind yourself that they may be going through something that you are completely unaware of, such as being late for an important meeting, and allow your feeling of compassion to flow to that person. That is truly an act of self love! “It does not matter if it is the truth or not, the only thing that matters is that you find a way to help your own self feel better. This is a habit that can be easy to establish and will bring more fun and joy into your life. All it takes is being consciously aware that you deserve to feel these good feelings all of the time, and then giving yourself the experiences,” Dr. Schaefer emphasized.
He concluded by saying “Use your imagination as often as you can and it will provide you with ideas of things to do. The possibilities are endless! As you do this more and more often you will discover that your days have begun to feel the magic of feeling happy all of the time.”

Bitterness begets bitterness

There are unfortunately a whole lot of people who spend a good part of their life holding onto the hurts of the past. Yes indeed, far too many people it would appear, are literally consumed day in and day out with bitterness, for some event which took place in their life many years ago. For example: there are a lot of people who went through a messy divorce, or the breakup of a personal relationship, who then develop and nurture within their consciousness a bitterness, a resentment, and even in some extreme cases a deep hatred for members of the opposite sex, which literally makes the rest of their life a most sad affair.
Still others entered into a business partnership, and after some years together, one of the partners finds to his or her utter dismay, that the very partner whom they trusted so much to actually handle the financial side of the business, has in fact been helping themself to a whole lot of the company’s cash. The partnership thus ends abruptly, and from that moment in time onwards, the wronged party in the business partnership is filled with bitterness, with distrust for others, and thus goes through his or her life, in a most negative, even hostile frame of mind, never, ever forgiving the partner for their indiscretions.
Now some will understandably say, well this is after all only natural, to be bitter about events like I’ve just described; but My Friend, it really is deadly for anyone to harbor bitterness, distrust, or resentment in their heart. Why, you may say? Because, as the title of this article so correctly states ‘Bitterness begets bitterness’.
Yes My Friend, we should never allow ourselves to loose sight of one of THE most important Metaphysical, Spiritual, Universal Laws which I highlight again and again in these articles, namely The Law of Attraction, which simply states ‘We ATTRACT towards us people, circumstances, and events in accordance with our THINKING’.
So, to put it in a nutshell, if a person, any person anywhere in the world is consumed with bitterness toward another, the only thing that they will ATTRACT into their life is more of the same, that is more of the same kinds of people who did them wrong in the first place. My oh my, the sheer simplicity of it, when you think about it for a moment in a clear, calm, and logical manner.
So, please, for your own sake and ultimate peace of mind, immediately banish ALL bitterness and resentment from your consciousness, so that you will finally be free and totally at peace!
THINK ABOUT IT!

CELEBRITIES always seem to be going on about The Secret, the highly popular book and movie which reveal the way to have it all.
Based on the law of attraction which states you get what you focus on, many A-Listers, including hunky Scots actor Gerald Butler, say The Secret has helped them live the life of their dreams.
But at the heart of The Secret lies the simple principle that in order to feel good about ourselves and our lives, we have to relearn how to let go of emotions in the same way we did when we were children.
And the secret behind that is … Read on.

You are the creative principle

The law of attraction is a popular term used to describe something far deeper than what appears on the surface. If you scratch beyond surface of the teachings of law of attraction you will find what’s really being discussed is the creative principle, that energy and power which is used to draw into physical experience. Shamans and spiritual healers have known for centuries that our lives are the results of all the thoughts and feelings combined with experiences over the lifetime of each unique human being.
The holy books teach us that we’re all created in the image and likeness of GOD. Most people truly do not understand a statement. Being created in the image and likeness of GOD means you’re being endowed with the same creative power to call into being simply by putting your focus on what you would like to experience combined with passion. This is not a state that you have to work towards, it is who and what you are. It is your natural state to be a powerful creator. You do it automatically and have been doing it since birth.
Who you are right now is the result of all feelings and experiences you’ve had in your life. If you continue to think as you have to this point, then you will continue to create very similar experience for yourself. You believe yourself and your life to be a certain way therefore it is.
Let’s take the word belief and describe what it really means. To believe something is to firmly hold onto an idea or experience as something unwavering and real. Whatever it is that you choose to believe you will hold onto with all the strength available to you rather than letting go and thinking anything different.
Where you stand in believing is the point from where you create everything you experience. It is a circle of power you’ve drawn around yourself , and the energy with which new creating is formed based on those very beliefs. Beliefs are very strongly held thoughts , habits of thinking and expecting based on years of experience,it is both a physical and mental exercise. One set of beliefs is no less a real than another set of beliefs. This planet is filled with millions of people each holding a slightly different belief. Each person interacts with their beliefs from their personal experience with them. In this regard all beliefs are personal.
Your personal beliefs are the vantage point from which you create and attract new or similar experiences to interact with. Most people are so steeped in their personal belief about how life is that they put their life on automatic and experiences play over and over again as though they had no control of what is happening to them. As a powerful creator whatever you are holding in your heart, by way of a strong and passionate feeling you will continue to draw to yourself repeatedly. Only by letting go of the present thoughts that you are giving all your attention to and allowing new thoughts and feelings to replace, will you attract anything different into your life. If you will understand that your belief system; the series of things that you hold tightly as true or ground zero within your creative process;are the creative factor, you can then begin releasing expectations which do not serve you.
Most people do not see themselves as a powerful creative energy force, rather they see themselves as victims of life , victim of circumstance. The vision that you hold of yourself is the place from which you will continue to create. The circumstances you now find yourself in are a perfect reflection of how you truly do believe yourself to be. It can be no other way, what is outside of you is a perfect reflection of who you believe yourself to be and what you to believe life to be. The law of attraction or creative principle, can do nothing but to create in your image. Just as you were created in the image and likeness of the creator, as a creator you can only create in the image and likeness of yourself. Changing your self image into the person you wish to experience yourself to be is the secret to changing your life.
There are many tools that you can use to change your belief of who you are. These include meditation, vision boards, affirmations, scripting, as well as energy work with a spiritual healer. Through sitting quietly and allowing your imagination to take you into the place that you wish to experience you can begin shifting your belief of who you are. Start daily with only five to fifteen minutes a day and quietly focus on seeing yourself interacting as a person you desire to be. Use a vision board to help remind you throughout the day. A cork board on which you place pictures of things you would like to experience as well as statements that remind you of your goals will be beneficial as well.
Scripting is the process of writing your life as though it is presently happening exactly the way you wish to experience it. Begin keeping a journal and add to it each day experiences would like to have as though you were presently having them. This process will elevate your vibration and keep your feelings in line with what you wish to experience.
Energy work with a spiritual healer can help you bring into alignment the present in the past. Oftentimes understanding the link between your past and present day will help you to release that energy connection. Very often people have such deep emotional connections to their past that they are not aware of just how powerful these attachments are in preventing them to consistently make different choices for their lives. An energy healer will be able to guide you through a cleansing process and a realignment of your chakras.
Changing who you see yourself to be and altering your beliefs about life is a process. Altering the habits with which you have unconsciously been creating your life will take consistent action on your part. Although it may feel difficult and challenging at times if you will maintain a burning desire to experience life differently you will stay the course and change will be inevitable. You are the power to create what ever you wish to experience, you have only to decide who you are and what you want to interact with. Once this decision is clear in your mind as outlined above through consistent practice, your reward will be brand new experiences.

How do you listen to yourself?

It can be amazing to listen to how people talk about their perception of reality. You can literally hear how close they get to a point that would allow shift, but stop short.
I had dinner with a friend I hadn’t seen in a long while. As he told me about things that were different, it was easy to hear that he and his beliefs were pretty much the same, which means his experiences haven’t changed much. He still looks for solutions to his discontent about his life to come from outside himself.
My mantra is, “To find the right answer, seek the right question.” As we spoke, I mentioned this to him.
“I ask questions,” he responded.
“Yes, but you don’t stop talking to yourself long enough to ‘hear’ an answer,” I replied.
He does what many of us do to different degrees: he mulls over what he doesn’t like about his life repeatedly. Little attention goes to possible solutions. And, little attention goes towards shifting beliefs at the inner level to attract or affect a shift at the outer level.
Patience is a factor. How often have you felt unhappy, discontent, or something even stronger about a situation or aspect of your life? When did you want it to shift? Yesterday, right? If you do ask for an answer, or even for the right question, you want it now. However, the quicker you get out of the way, the quicker you get an answer.
What you need comes to you more easily if you ask, expect, and let go of those tricksters Who, What, How, When, and Where. It isn’t that you have to still your mind, you can think about other things; but you can’t dwell on what you want to shift. Why?
Opposing thoughts cannot occupy the same space.
Here’s a real secret: As long as you judge something or believe it needs to be fixed or changed, you, in effect, glue it down as your experience. This isn’t just an aspect of Law of Attraction it’s physical. Every time you replay thoughts and patterns in your mind, you create pathways or ruts, if you will, in your brain. This pathway becomes the path of least resistance whenever you’re triggered. You can become so entrenched in behavior patterns, you don’t even consider that there’s another way to think, feel, or act. Nor, that you can choose to do these differently. Create a pathway that allows for shift to happen.
My friend went on to tell me about certain things he’d like to change, but that guilt feelings stop him from moving forward. Then, he began to justify why he shouldn’t feel guilty about making these changes. I suggested that he look for the right question(s) to ask about the guilt. If he explores and discovers the root cause of this feeling, I’m certain solutions based in head-and-heart alignment will come to him. As long as guilt or fear of feeling guilt about taking care of his best interests is what drives him, desired outcomes and how he can attain them will continue to elude him.
If you’ve been seeking a solution or answer, take a day or three off from chatting about it in your head or with others. Give it an appointment on your calendar three days from now. If repetitious negative thoughts try to intrude, tell them they aren’t scheduled for further consideration until—and, state the date.
Also, don’t let the other trickster in: telling yourself you’re confused. You may not have a plan or strategy as yet, but most confused feelings are really about resistance to doing what you know needs to be done. The first step is to agree to allow a shift at the inner level. A good way to discover what this will look like for you is to let go of resisting what is so you can see possibilities. You don’t have to like what is, but as the saying goes, “Whatever you resist, persists.”
When you seek an answer, ask for it; then, listen to the sound of silence within. Your inner voice is polite (and patient). If you’re doing all the talking, it won’t interrupt.
