Law of Attraction and How to Leverage it with Jack Canfield Success Principles

Author: Jeff Black

We all desire a successful life. No matter how hard we try, we are barely able to make ends meet. With such hardships, we come to believe that this is how life is. Jack Canfield explains the secret of Law of Attraction and how it is applied in life to be successful. Jack Canfield explains how we can attract all that we want in our lives. We all have the ability to activate Law of Attraction, but we do not believe that it could be so simple.

The Law of Attraction is based on straight forward principles.

1. We must know exactly as to what we want.

2. Feel it as it has already happened for you. Breathe in that air.

3. Keep believing that.

Skeptics say that how can we believe in something that is not real. It is understandable, but that is how we have become as to who we are. We must have heard people saying that life is so hard for me. How many times have they repeated this thought in their mind, maybe thousands and thousands of times and finally believing in it when things turn that way where life became so tough and difficult.

The Law of Attraction states that we attract the kind of life we want to live. Our thoughts are so powerful that we do not even realize this fact and live in the world of negativity. We are our own saviors and we are our worst enemies. This is the most important point that we need to realize. We create our own destiny by making a conscious choice of what we want. What we want is again a thought and that is what will become real.

Along with Law of Attraction, there is another law known as Law of Liberty. Law of Liberty highlights how Law of Attraction works. It states that We Are Free To Think And Believe Whatever We Want To. Our thoughts are living beings and when we think something, we are actually giving birth to a new energy pattern.

We then nurture our thought by constantly thinking and feeling it. And, after some time, the thought solidifies.

Let us go through a simple example. Fill a glass bowl with water. Glass bowl is your mind and the water in the bowl is your thought. If you have felt over the years that you just don’t like yourself, then truly speaking you don’t like yourself. You filled that bowl with that water (thought) that you don’t like yourself and it finally solidified exactly as you wanted it, you just don’t like yourself.

You can change your thought by following the Law of Attraction. It would not be wrong to say that you are a magnet. Whatever you would believe would become your reality. You are your own master and by believing in the Law of Attraction you will reveal a huge secret in your life.

So if you want success in life, believe in Law of Attraction. There is one thing that people ask time and time again, I have believed in things for so long but nothing happened for me. Again, you have believed in many things at one time. Think one thought and believe that it has already happened for you. Believe in it, nurture it like your child, and it will become your reality.

Jack Canfield, the author of so many books and programs, is the best coach who can help you get the life of your dreams.

Abraham Hicks: Attracting a Mate

Great video on attracting a mate by Abraham - Hicks.

Also, please subscribe to our channel!

Notes:

Abraham guides a guest through the deliberate creative process in relation to finding a mate…

  • Like so many people, you are describing the reality of what you’ve been living. You made so many clear statements here as if you are shouting to the Universe, this is who I am. This is how it is for me.
  • When you conclude that this is the way it is, this is the way it continues to be.
  • So what you have to do is take what you think and out of that contrast let your desire be born of what you now want. Speak that and visualize that until it has changed.
  • You know what you’ve lived, so out of that keen awareness of all that you no longer want, give a piece of the clarity of what you know you do want.
  • This is what you should be saying: I want someone who adores me, someone who seems me as I am. I want someone who appreciated the fullness of that which I am.
  • Now that you’ve made these statements, they are coming from an unfamiliar vibration. So from where you currently are, you must now find your way to that vibration. Find a memory or make one up, some little inner change that feels like what you just said you want. E.g. if someone were in your life and were loving you, how would that play out?
  • When you get to the vibrational harmony, the more real it feels to you, the more you are in the state of allowing the express, explicit details of what you’ve been telling the universe what you want.

You’re Already Using the Law of Attraction…Now Use it to Get What You Actually Want!

Since the vastly popular movie, The Secret burst onto the scene a few years ago, millions of people everywhere have been trying to figure out how to use this Law of Attraction thing to manifest more prosperity, love and success into their lives. Many watched Oprah’s shows featuring several individuals who used this Law to totally transform their lives. The problem was that many of these viewers became frustrated when it they couldn’t figure out how to use the Law of Attraction and did not have the same results as those featured in the movie and on Oprah. Ultimately many dismissed it as just wishful thinking.

What most seekers don’t understand is that they are already using the Law of Attraction. Unfortunately, most are using it unconsciously and attracting everything they don’t want. Even techniques taught in The Secret (like repeating positive affirmations and visualizing prosperity) don’t seem to be bringing you the prosperity, success, or love that you really want. Is this happening to you?

Or, maybe you’ve got the Law of Attraction thing down. You understand how it works and have perhaps manifested some small blessing in your life. Still, you wonder why you keep experiencing the same challenges over and over in that problematic area of your life. Let’s explore why that might be, and learn how you can utilize this powerful force to attract what you do want ¦in every area of your life.

In science, the law of attraction refers to a chemical affinity or a physical condition where like attracts like. Not unlike the laws of physical science, the law of attraction is very real and works in our experience exactly the same way. How? Well, because the universe is fundamentally energy. We are, therefore, fundamentally energy and our thoughts are fundamentally energy. Our predominate thoughts and our emotionally charged thoughts actually emit frequencies science can measure. These frequencies attract like experience in our outer world. It’s all energy. One is the inner, the other is the outer.

You are, therefore, attracting to yourself in physical form and experience the vibrational equivalent of your beliefs. Your present reality is comprised of your beliefs in form.

There’s a catch here however…something most who teach about the Law of Attraction don’t talk about:

There is not sufficient energy in your occasional beliefs, your repeated affirmations, or what you are picturing during visualization to manifest as form in your experience. There simply isn’t. What does have the energy to manifest are your deeply held beliefs and they do. You are attracting into your life experiences and conditions that match your deeply held core beliefs. Techniques such as repeating positive affirmations or visualization do not, on their own, transform these core beliefs.

What do I mean by deeply held core beliefs? I mean your personal world view — which you keep alive by your attitudes and perceptions as you interact with the world. Some examples might be: The only truly wealthy people are those born into it. Or, it’s only who you know that matters. Or, the older you get the harder it is to find true love. Or, you’ve got to be really smart or clever to earn lots of money (and I’m not). Or, all good things come to an end. These are not conscious beliefs, mind you. They live in the dark recesses of your subconscious.

Compounding the problem is that we live in a world that continually tells us we are limited, that there’s not enough to go around and that we are victims of fate and at the mercy of an unkind world.

Discovering and transforming these limiting core beliefs is absolutely essential if you want to manifest a more expansive and abundant life. The good news is that you can do it. This is totally in your power. The reality is that it takes some work. However, I’ve come up with a 3-step plan that will make that work a little easier and very effective.

Practice these three keys and watch as the floodgates open and an abundance of love, joy, prosperity and success pours into your life. Then, you’ll be the one on Oprah sharing with the world how you’ve applied the Law of Attraction and are now experiencing the manifestation of limitless good in your life.

1. Love yourself unconditionally. Love yourself…unconditionally. Even when you blow your diet, think or say unkind things about others, file your taxes late, forget to call your mom, etc., etc., forgive yourself. You’re doing the best you can at any given moment. You have the chance to start again tomorrow. See yourself as a magnificent child of Infinite Love. Notice your wonderful qualities. Where are you proud of yourself? Where are you beautiful? Notice that and give yourself credit.

2. Treat yourself with kindness. Think about how you treat a new friend. Don’t you tend to give them the benefit of the doubt? Wouldn’t you be quick to recommend they treat themselves to something special whether it’s a good movie, a good book, a great restaurant,or a full-body massage? Treat yourself the same way. Act as if you were your own best friend.

3. Affirm a higher truth about yourself. Even if you are currently experiencing limitation in any area of your life, you have the capacity to rise above the experience and call forth a higher truth for your life. Even in the midst of a stressful time, a frustrating relationship, financial lack or a health issue, you can consciously connect with the abundance and harmony of the Universe and claim your good as a beloved child of the Divine. When it becomes yours in consciousness, it will become yours in experience shortly thereafter.

“Why Can’t I Ever Get What I Want?” Revisiting the Importance of Self Acceptance

Margaret Ruth

Author, Columnist, Intuition & Psychic Expert, Popular Radio Psychic

I have been getting a fair amount of questions lately that concern the issue of self-worth. Actually, the main questions I’ve been getting are such things as: Why can’t I get what I want? Why do I only get parts of what I want? For many, the source issue is a lack of perfect self acceptance, and that is why I think of these as self-worth problems. It is such an important issue, and such a difficult one to deal with, that it is worth a revisit from time to time.

How you feel about you, at a very deep level, has the power to affect everything in your life: relationships, work, money, health. Low self-esteem is an obvious problem in some people, but even fairly emotionally balanced people can be affected by feelings of not being good enough that still occur at their most inner level. I meet with many people who cannot understand why they can’t bring into their life the love they want, or the success they want, or the body they want, despite following whatever psychological, educational or New Age program they have been rigorously following (”But, Margaret Ruth, I am following the Law of Attraction! Why isn’t it working?”).

The metaphysical problem with these residual self-invalidating beliefs is that it is not possible to accept any more love, trust, understanding, appreciation and acceptance than we are willing to give ourselves. It is actually not possible for our human psyche to accept anything more than the self-given level. I know I repeat myself there, but this is one of those immutable Laws of the Universe, so I like to repeat those for the slow learners like myself. So, if you still have an active critical part of you that refuses to acknowledge, at every level, that you are lovable, valuable and fine — just as you are today — you will continue to only get parts of what you want in your life.

How do you know if you still hold questions about your own validity (other than not feeling like you get the love, health, wealth, whatever, you would like)? Start noticing how you react to situations and people. Do you feel like you have to justify yourself? Do you get defensive? Do you get attached to whether you get praise (or love or appreciation or gold stars)? Do you feel easily slighted or hurt by other people’s actions or words? Are you afraid, even just a little bit, that other people can hurt you? These are just a few ways to notice if what other people opinions of you have become more important than your opinion of you.

If you still carry lingering doubts about your own validity and worth, this is the best possible place to start if you want to feel happier with how your life is turning out. The first step in clearing out your more critical or defensive parts is to become perfectly self aware. You can start noticing the entire dialog that goes in your inner landscape. This means being aware of not only your thoughts, but the underlying chatter, your emotions, your assumptions, your beliefs and your reactions.

When starting down the road of improved self awareness, we Mystics always recommend doing it without judging yourself, or labeling what you are feeling and thinking as bad or good. This evaluative labeling will stop you cold and also adds to self criticism while you’re at it (not productive). Nonjudgmental awareness of the entire symphony that is being played throughout the complexity of your inner psyche will get you halfway there; I promise. It isn’t easy, but it is important

That is the first step and the best step. Once you notice the parts of you that undermine you with defensiveness or criticism, you can start retuning those parts to sing a different song. I’ll write on that later.

Connect to Your Passion: A Letter from Deepak Chopra

Passion is the free flow of natural emotional energy that leads us toward the fulfillment of our dreams, desire, and purpose in life. Even though some people feel like they’ve lost their passion or never had any to begin with, in reality we all have passion or we wouldn’t be alive. The reason why so many feel bored, lost, or adrift in life is that they have become disconnected from their deepest desires.

As we are growing up, some of us receive the message that we don’t deserve to have desires, that what we want is unacceptable, or that it’s wrong or selfish to go after our dreams. Or we may feel powerless and think, “Why bother having desires when they will never be fulfilled anyway?” We then suppress our desires, even to the point where we’re no longer consciously aware of their existence.

No matter how deeply we’ve buried our desires, they are a force of evolution and growth that can never be completely halted. When we reconnect to what our soul is yearning for, we will find ourselves naturally expressing our passion and experiencing the expansion of happiness in our life.  Here is simple practice you can use to rediscover your true desires:

  1. Begin by meditating for a few minutes and connecting to the experience of stillness and silence. Then ask what your heart deeply desires and yearns to express and listen quietly for an honest response. For the time being, don’t fixate on any one response, let the journey move wherever it wants to. This part also requires you to develop trust in your inner voice. As the process deepens, you will gain insight into whether a desire is coming from your ego or your real self. Does it feel relaxed and loving? Is it coming from a place that already feels good about itself?  Does it want this for others as well as for oneself? These are the desires that the universe will support and therefore which will be manifested most easily.
  2. Ask yourself, “What are my unique gifts and talents? How can I use them to bring happiness to others and to myself?” Answers always come, but what I have discovered is that many people have such a strong filtering mechanism that they won’t even entertain certain responses and say that they aren’t getting any answers. The important thing when you are listening for an answer is to not to immediately reject what comes to mind just because it doesn’t match your preconceptions.

Just dig in deep and find out what really matters to you. Keep at it and don’t settle for “I don’t know what I have to offer others” or “I’m not really great at anything.” Don’t let yourself get stuck in notions that your passion has translated into work that you do for the rest of your life, or that it has to be grand or spiritual. Let it grow out of what you are doing today, right now, so that you find meaning and value in your present as well.

Continue doing this daily, asking yourself these two questions and writing down your responses as they evolve over time. Over the weeks, let the answers accumulate, whether they are repetitive or contradictory, or both. After a month, take some time to consider the ways in which your desires and your gifts have found expression in the last few weeks. This is the evidence that you are following your passion.  It doesn’t have to be a simple final revelation; it can be an ever-changing process. Understand that everything you need to know is right here, right now and that it’s just a matter of transcending your limited perceptions to experience the passion, joy, and purpose of your life.

With love,
Deepak
