On This Day God Wants You To Know… that you’ve been talking to much to God and not listening enough. Prayer is when you talk to God. Meditation is when you get quiet and listen to God. You’ve learned how to talk and ask well. Time to learn how to listen and hear, because God has been answering.

On this day God wants you to know…

On this day God wants you to know that it’s time you STOP going through the motions of living and START living!

Are you willing to do that now? Or are you going to wait until all life energy drains out of you and your loved ones who are trying to support you at this very moment?

You were not born to follow rules and regulations. Living starts with dreaming. So dream, dream friend, and let dreams show you the path to your bliss.

Mental Binoculars

“Life is how you look at it. Look for the doom and gloom, and you’ll find it.

Plenty of people out there willing to tell you how bad the world is. Just turn on the mainstream news. There it is.

But look for the sunshine and gold, and you’ll find that, too. It’s just a matter of where you point your mental binoculars.”

Joe Vitale

I love the idea of mental binoculars!

I can see it being an addition to how a person’s life experiences and background shapes the whole person. What view - good or bad - they are looking from can have an added effect on a person’s life.

Are you a CEO of AF?

Walking around today I realized that a lot of people have applied and were hired for the exact same position!

What’s the position you’re asking?  Well it’s the CEO of AF. Otherwise known as Chief Executive Officer of Angry Face!

These people don’t seem to realize that the face shows all emotions the best. People, start smiling! Not only will it make you feel better i.e. change your mood,  your smile WILL be contagious!

Remember the idea of what you give you will receive, well it applies here too. Imagine, your smile could start an epidemic, a pandemic of smiles!

So stand out 2day…SMILE! The world already has enough grumpy people. It doesn’t need another, I checked.

Change your frequency and …

    Day 2: Gratitude Experiment

    1. Another day.
    2. Opening my taps and having water flow easily through them.
    3. My easy ride on the public transit to work.

    Day 1: Gratitude Experiment

Welcome to my first post!  I’m very excited to begin posting the wonderful events in my life because I know that they will bring more goodness into my life. And if you share your’s too, you life will be filled as well. Remember what you focus on expands…so let’s begin focusing on things we’re grateful for.

    Let’s begin our journey…

    Today I am grateful for:

    1. Another day.
    2. Arriving to work safely.
    3. The driver who let me in front of him easily.
    4. Playing with my dog.
    5. Food on my plate.
    6. A place to call home for I see too many homeless people out there.

    Your turn….

    The Intentional Gratitude Experiment!

I read about this the other day and thought that we should give it a try.

I was randomly floating through the internet when I stumbled upon the idea of Intentional Gratitude. You see Intentional Gratitude is when you are actively appreciative of everything around you. It all stems from the Law of Attraction where, what you think about, you bring about.

So, starting today, I am embarking on the Intentional Gratitude Experiment.  I will be doing this for the entire month of May and for the next 31days and will be posting at least one thing (doesn’t matter how small it is), if not a list for which I am grateful each day.

The point of the Intentional Gratitude Experiment is to focus on  or actively appreciate what is wonderful in my life and the world around me thus bringing more wonderful intentionally into my life.  Doesn’t that sound great?  More wonderful.

You know what would be even better, is for readers of this blog add their own grateful moments of the day in the comment section below each day.  Together by sharing our gratitudes, we can be reminded of other things we should be grateful for.

As Abraham-Hicks always says, “Get tuned in, tapped in,” or, “Rather than being aware of the missing pieces, have a conversation about what’s working,” or “Be what you want to become.”

Gratitude, which has been said by so many teachers (Dyer, Chopra etc), is an energy that attracts more goodness into our lives.

Sounds good?  Great! Let’s make a commitment together now, to post at least one thing we are grateful for a day here on this blog and watch our lives transform.

    I attract peace

“Vow to have fewer conflicts in your life. You came from no conflict, so you can return there and know heaven on Earth by refusing to have your inner world conflicted by anyone at any time. Affirm over and over: I attract peace, not conflict.” - Dr. Wayne Dyer

    What have you been attracting?

    …with love & gratitude.
