It’s so simple….Get Happy!

Notes:
- GET HAPPY in any way you can! If you have to run away from home, do it! If you have to run to the beach everyday, do it! Do everything you can do to GET HAPPY! In most cases it does not involve action.
- Get happy in your mind. Find a way to make such peace with where you are that you allow your gap to close.
- GET HAPPY! Simple.
- Find reasons to feel good.
- Laugh!
- Unfortunately we have just lowered our standards about how we are going to feel.
- Wake up and feel glad that you’re awake and alive. Seeing things and feeling interested in them. Have a conversation with someone and devour every word they are saying and love the conversation with them.
- Feel the fullness of who you are.
- Get tuned in, tapped in, turned onto seeing the world through the eyes of your total self rather than this fragmented one you see.
- Just chill out!

Notes:
- Imagine that Source is holding everything you want
- Everything you have ever asked for is because you think you will feel better having it. What you really want is alignment.
- You all are asking and Source is answering always.
- Try and understand the process as everything is working out just the way as it should.
- Be willing to move in the direction of what you want and no longer continue to beat the drum of what caused you to ask for it. eg When you are struggling with money, you’re asking all day, all day, all day, for more money. But as you continue to beat the drum of ‘I don’t have enough’ and ‘It’s not fair that he’s got too much,’ as you keep beating those drums you are depriving yourself of the vibrational attitude that is necessary for you to get what you are asking for.
- You are the only one that can get into your vortex which is the vibrational escrow/reality that is called the vortex. Everything that you have asked for is there.
- When you ask for something, it is there and summoned to the vortex, the question is, are you a cooperative component to be being drawn into your vortex.
- You’ve got to want to be in the vortex more than anything.
- When you’re in the vortex you’re in the magical swirl where you get everything you want.
- Train yourself into the vortex by talking about what you want more than what you don’t want, be optimistic rather than pessimistic.
- You have to fine tune your manifestation.

Notes:
- If you have a goal to accomplish something and it hasn’t manifest yet, then there is still an awareness of it’s absence which will hold it in suspension indefinitely
- If your goal is to get in the vortex, you can accomplish all that you want immediately and at the same time you will stop disallowing everything you’ve been asking it to come
- Rather than being aware of the missing pieces, have a conversation about what’s working
- Focus on what you already do know that matches what you want
- Focus on the pieces that have already been completed
- Amplify, amplify, amplify the pieces that have come into place in such a way that the missing pieces become irrelevant
- Use what you’ve got as your reason to be in the vortex, not what you don’t have as your motivation to be in the vortex
- Don’t talk about the things that you don’t have, focus on something that’s already wonderful and in your life
- Think and feel your way to your goals
- Ease up on the action and the making it happen and get more into the allowing it to happen
- Do what makes you feel good to get into the vortex

I am currently reading the book, Money, and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Wealth, Health, and Happiness by Esther and Jerry Hicks. There’s a great wealth of knowledge and just came across this and wanted to share. Hopefully it will give you the ‘Ah ha’ moment I’m searching for.
“By softening your attention to the things that are going wrong, and beginning to tell stories that lean more in the direction of what you want instead of in the direction of what you have got, your vibration will shift, your point of attraction will shift, and you will get different results. And in a short time, because of the different results you are then getting, you will then have beliefs or knowledge of abundance that will easily perpetuate more of the same. Look for reasons to feel good. Identify what you want - and hold your thoughts in a place that feels good.”

Abraham: Appreciation vs. Gratitude - Esther & Jerry Hicks
Notes on the questions, ‘What is appreciation really?’
- Reaching for thoughts that feel better until you reach into a state of appreciation is your purpose.
- Appreciation feels like the feeling of being in love.
- Love and appreciation are identical vibrations. It’s the vibration of alignment of who you really are. It’s the absence of resistance, the absence of doubt. fear, self denial and hatred of others. It is the absence of everything that feels bad and the presence of everything that feels good.
- Difference between gratitude and appreciation. Gratitude you are looking at a struggle you have overcome and feeling grateful that you are no longer in the struggle. Appreciation is vibrational alignment with whom I have become. Appreciation is seeing whatever you are looking at through the eyes of source.
- The state of appreciation is the state of godliness.
- Go downstream to the next stage of feeling ie. If you are in despair follow your revenge, if you are in revenge follow hatred, if you are in hatred follow you anger, if you are in anger follow your frustration, if you are in frustration follow your hope. When you reach hope you are now in the vicinity of appreciation.
- When you get into the vibration of hope, now begin making list of things that you feel good about. Make list of positive things, things you love and never complain about anything. eg to to a restarant and look for the things you like. Even if there was only one thing you like give it your undivided attention of positivity. Use it as an excuse to tune into who you are.
- Give yourself a break, lighten up, be easy on yourself and others, look for things to love and appreciate.
